Rates are Inclusive of Buffet Breakfast at

Third occupant shall be charged at INR 4000 plus
taxes, inclusive of Breakfast.
Check-In/Check-Out Time :
Check-in : 1500 hrs
Check-out : 1200 hrs
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
Early arrivals between 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs or late
departure between 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs will be
subject to availability.
Early check-in before 1000 hrs and late check-out
after 1800 hrs will be charged 100% of the
contracted rate.
Extensions of Stay
IITC special rates are available one day prior to
and one day after the event dates of 18-Sep-2025 to 20-Sep-2025. However, any additional reservation requests will
be subject to availability. The prevailing best
available rate of the day will be applicable. Meals
on these dates would be charged as per à la carte
rates prevailing in the hotel.
